It takes the same amount of energy to beleive as it does to worry

Everybody worries to some extent, yet very few of us are aware of how much we worry, or, even worse, how much our worry effects our happiness. Yet the effect can be devastating. Worry can sap personal happiness greatly, indeed, it may be the single, most common happiness-robber there is. That is why I have always referred to worry as "the Arch-Enemy of Happiness"
